GMI Creative is a small family-owned business whose goal is to share the beauty of the skies and earth. We strive to provide quality photography that you can enjoy for many years. By the very nature of digital images, they can only reproduce at the highest attainable quality due to the elements present on the day that the photograph was taken. While one image is perfect for larger sizes, the next one taken, only seconds apart, may have less resolution, which limits its reproduction size.
Print Orders on high-quality papers: Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. All prints and products are subject to your state’s sales tax and shipping when applicable. GMI Creative strives to achieve the highest standards in every respect and works with clients to approve designs and custom work prior to order placement. Payment of orders are due in full at time of purchase. All rates are subject to change at any time.
A replacement (or refund at GMI Creative’s discretion) will be made if a printing defect is evident and reported within 48 hours (2 business days) from the date it was received.
Generally, GMI Creative does NOT give refunds to a buyer “not liking a photo” or selecting an incorrect photo after the buyer has already received the photograph. If a mistaken photo is sent to the buyer, as documented on the invoice, GMI Creative will send the correct photo to the buyer free of charge.
